On 11 December 2025, at the SIMI trade show, in'li, part of the Action Logement group and France's leading provider of affordable intermediate housing, announced the winners of cohort 7 of its incubator, in'li LAB. Molleau is among them. The incubation begins in January 2026.

About in'li LAB

Since 2018, in'li LAB has supported and accelerated innovation in housing, with a clear ambition: not to stop at experimentation, but to go through to deployment and scale. Close to 20 applications were reviewed by a jury of property sector experts (French Proptech, Colonies, ReGeCo) and innovation specialists, with the participation of the Action Logement group's Innovation and Sustainability Directorate.

Three startups were selected for cohort 7:

What this selection means for Molleau

in'li LAB is the incubator of a subsidiary of a major property group, with a portfolio of more than 80,000 homes under management. In practice that means a large-scale testing ground, processes to build jointly with property operators, and access to other subsidiaries of the Action Logement group (43 social housing subsidiaries plus one intermediate housing subsidiary, more than a million homes in total).

The incubation rests on four pillars: sourcing, experimentation, evaluation and rollout. That is precisely the logical next step from what we have been building since our first pilot with Hénéo: moving from a pioneering site to controlled industrial deployment.

Why intermediate housing?

Intermediate housing serves employees and young professionals in affordably priced homes. That is exactly the profile where the Molleaumètre has already proved its relevance: an audience with genuine environmental awareness, in a portfolio where every hot water saving feeds straight through to the resident's charges.

Our thanks to in'li, Eric Balci (Chief Executive), Marine Carrat (Director of Innovation and Sustainability at the Action Logement group), and the whole jury for their trust.
